    You want the opposite rocker for nose riding, you said a lot of nose rocker
    and a little tail rocker, what you really want is the exact opposite which
    is a little nose rocker and a lot more tail rocker. This helps lock the
    tail in better and allows you to walk the nose easier, and the type of
    single fin has a lot to do with nose riding too

    feel better control as you go shorter..
